Yoga and Meditation Room

Feel free to use this room throughout the week for self-guided yoga or meditation. There will be a limited number of towels available for your use. If you are following a session on your phone or other device, please make sure you are using ear buds. There will also be walking maps available so you can get outside and enjoy some fresh air.

Sunrise Yoga

Greet the day with a gentle Yoga practice. Join Marguerite O’Brien, RYT 200, and colleagues as we gently stretch, flow, and energize our bodies, minds, and spirits. No experience necessary. Please bring a towel/mat/cushion to support your practice.

Reflection Room

Escape from the chaos of the meeting in this quiet space meant for solitude and reflection. The space will be equipped with some basic supplies to help you relax and unwind. Note that cell phone and laptop use is prohibited in the room (unless you are using ear buds).

Join your colleagues for a run/walk/roll around the streets of New Orleans. Runners, walkers, and rollers of all levels are encouraged to come out and join the fun! Maps for 5k and 1 mile distances will be provided onsite.

The complimentary fitness center at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside is open daily (Mon-Fri, 5:30 am-5:00 pm and 7:00 am-7:00pm on weekends). In addition to the outdoor pool and fitness equipment available, consider booking a pickleball or tennis court and challenge your colleagues to a match!
