Making Reservations
You must register for the meeting before making hotel reservations, at which time you will receive the link to reserve your room.
Important: The cut-off date for receiving the ACHA group room rates, pending availability, is May 7, 2027. Reservations made after this date are not guaranteed the ACHA room rate.
Room Rates
The meeting host hotel is the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Availability is not guaranteed, and an overflow hotel will likely be booked in Spring 2027. Room rates are not guaranteed after May 7, 2027.
Single/Double: $260 per night, plus applicable taxes
Extra person fee: $20 per person

By Air:
As the only major airport serving the nation’s seventh-largest metro area, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) Is located ten miles from the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and offers the reach and world-class amenities of a global airport, with the heart and pride of a local one.
If you plan to use Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service after landing at PHL, proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground Transportation signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
Ride App pick-up zones are located on the S. Commercial Road outside of each Baggage Claim. Exit through the doors onto the S. Commercial Rd. and continue to follow signs for Ride App/Zone 7.
By Train:
The Philadelphia 30th Street Amtrak Station is a short drive away from the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
By Subway:
There is a subway station at the corner of 13th Street and Market Street, just outside the hotel.
