How to Sign Up

Reservations for booths will be accepted starting mid-late January 2025. Check back for launch date and instructions.

Those that have exhibited with ACHA in the past several years will receive notice and instructions by email. To get on the list for these updates, email exhibits@acha.org.

Venue and Lodging

All ACHA 2025 conference sessions and activities including the Exhibit Hall, will take place at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel. Visit Travel & Lodging for details, including room rates.

Exhibitors will receive a link to make hotel reservations at the ACHA group rate beginning in late-January 2025 (and after their booth space reservation is confirmed). See your exhibit confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: ACHA has no official rooms broker and there is only one way to book rooms at the guaranteed group room rate which is through the link that you will receive from exhibits@acha.org after reserving your booth. ACHA cannot guarantee reservations made through any other means. Individuals transacting with any third party companies do so at their own risk, independent of any guarantee by ACHA. If you are contacted by any company claiming to represent ACHA or its annual meeting regarding lodging or travel, please send us any details (name of company or individual, phone number, email address, etc.) at exhibits@acha.org.

Fees and Deadlines

Acceptance of exhibitors is at the sole discretion of ACHA.

Exhibit Booth Application Deadline
Applications will be accepted through May 15, 2025, pending booth availability.

Payment
Payment in full is due upon acceptance of your booth application, either by credit card at the time of application or within 15 days of invoice date.

Late Fee
A $100 late fee will be added to booth applications submitted on or after May 1, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of exhibit booths  will be accepted until April 30, 2025, with a refund of fees paid less a $150 cancellation fee. There will be no refund given for booths cancelled after April 30, 2025.

Exhibitor Badge Policy
All exhibitor representatives that will be in attendance must be properly registered for the meeting to receive a name badge and must wear the name badge to gain entrance to the Exhibit Hall, including during installation/dismantling. Properly registered exhibitors are those who have either been issued a complimentary meeting registration or have paid the required fee for an additional exhibitor registration. There is no temporary, exhibit hall-only, or guest pass available.
