Get Ready for Denver!
Final Meeting Program & Planner is Now Available
The full conference program, the Meeting Program & Planner, is digital and is available now via the web or mobile app – with content and features syncing across both platforms. Use this vital resource to navigate the sessions and events, find assistance, create your personal schedule, access handouts, and more!
- Download the Mobile App – Search your app store for “ACHA 2026” or click here.
- Access Online – Visit annualmeeting.acha.org/program from any device.
Though no login is needed to browse the agenda, exhibitors, or general event info, you’ll need one to unlock personalized planning and networking features.
Just click “My Planner” in the main navigation of the app or website, enter your email and follow the prompts.
- To participate in Attendee Networking, you may be asked to associate your planner account with your four-digit Badge/Confirmation ID. This number can be found on your registration confirmation email or on your badge onsite, under the QR code.
Schedule at a Glance and Addendum
For quick reference to the session schedule, locations, and available credit, a Schedule at a Glance will be available in hard-copy onsite. Pick one up at registration! Note, there have been some room changes and session cancellations since the Schedule was printed, so also pick-up the addendum flier. (The mobile app and online Meeting Program & Planner will already reflect the changes.)
Checking In
Upon arrival, pick up your registration materials at the Badge Pick-Up Booth, located in the ACHA Registration Area on the Plaza Concourse Level (one level below the lobby) of the Sheraton Denver Downtown hotel. You’ll need your badge to attend all sessions and events at the meeting.
