Yoga/Wellness Room

Feel free to use this room throughout the week for self-guided yoga or meditation. There will be a limited number of towels available for your use. If you are utilizing your phone or other device, please make sure you are using ear buds.

Sunrise Yoga

Greet the day with a gentle Yoga practice. Join Marguerite O’Brien, RYT 200, and colleagues as we gently stretch, flow, and energize our bodies, minds, and spirits. No experience necessary. Please bring a towel/mat/cushion to support your practice.

Reflection Room

Escape from the chaos of the meeting in this quiet space meant for solitude and reflection. The space will be equipped with some basic supplies to help you relax and unwind. Note that cell phone and laptop use is prohibited in the room (unless you are using ear buds).

For fun and relaxation on your own time, stop by the Plaza Foyer any time during ACHA Registration hours. All materials will be provided while supplies last.

An on-site professional masseuse will administer this highly effective technique that provides an immediate sense of tranquility. Chair massage helps decrease stress symptoms, fatigue, muscle tightness, and tension in the neck, arms, and shoulders.

Meet in the ACHA registration area (1st floor).

Join your colleagues for a run/walk/roll around the streets of Denver. Runners, walkers, and rollers of all levels are encouraged to come out and join the fun! Maps for 5k and 1 mile distances will be provided onsite.

Sheraton Fitness Center & Rooftop Pool

The complimentary fitness center at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel (located on the street level of the Tower Building) is open 24/7. The fully equipped gym features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, and strength training equipment.

The year-round heated rooftop pool is open daily from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm.
