Evaluation Surveys
We would really appreciate your feedback on different aspects of this year's annual meeting and the sessions you attended! Your comments help the Program Planning Committee prepare and plan sessions and events for next year’s meeting in Denver. Even if not requesting CE credit, we would greatly appreciate all attendees take these surveys. For details on continuing education and disclosure information, visit the CE Instructions and Disclosures page.
To obtain CE credit, complete the session evaluation survey for each session attended. Deadline to complete all surveys is July 15, 2025.
Note: Deadline for pharmacists (ACPE) is June 16, 2025.
A handout with detailed instructions on how to complete the online session evaluations and obtain CE credit was distributed at check-in to those who indicated they'd be applying for credit at the time they registered.
