How to Sign Up
Reservations will be accepted starting Wednesday, December 10, at 2:00 pm ET.
- Complete the Sponsorship Order Form below.
- If paying by credit card or requesting an invoice, complete the Payment Authorization Form below.
- On or after December 8 at 2:00 pm ET, submit form(s) by email to exhibits@acha.org.
Since some sponsorships are first-come, first-served, ACHA cannot accept reservation forms prior to the precise launch time.
Acceptance of sponsors is at the sole discretion of ACHA.

Deadlines
Reservations will be accepted until April 1, 2026, pending availability.
Cancellation Policy: Full cancellation of conference sponsorship, without penalty, is available until January 15, 2026. If sponsorship is canceled between January 15 and March 15, 2026, 50 percent of the total agreement is due to ACHA. If sponsorship is cancelled any time after March 15, 2026, full payment of the total agreement is due to ACHA, and prior payments will not be refunded. For new sponsorships that are confirmed after March 30, no cancellations can be made. ACHA reserves the right to cancel or withhold acknowledgement of the sponsorship if (in ACHA’s sole discretion) payment is unreasonably delayed beyond the terms of the invoice.
