A Few Other Things to Know Before You Arrive:
- The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is a cash-less hotel, so plan accordingly.
- Convention hotels tend to be on the chilly side, so please pack a sweater or jacket.
- Don’t forget to pack a few items for the Covenant House donation drive!
- Lunch voucher lines and cash concessions will be available Wednesday–Friday from 11:30 am–1:30 pm. Plenty of other dining options are located in and around the hotel.
- We are hosting several free wellness activities such as Yoga, seated massage, and a Fun Run/Walk/Roll to keep our attendees feeling their best! The Hilton Fitness Center is also complimentary to all guests.
- Take advantage of the Reflection Room if you need a quiet space away from the chaos of the meeting. The room is equipped with some basic supplies to help you relax, unplug, and practice gratitude and self-reflection. Also feel free to use the Yoga and Meditation Room throughout the week for self-guided sessions.
- Don’t miss out on your chance to win great prizes by participating in the Exhibit Hall raffles!
- All-Gender Restrooms are located on the 2nd floor, Riverside and the 3rd floor of the Hilton. Gender-Specific restrooms are available on all floors of the meeting space. All spaces are clearly identified with signage. Check the floor plans in the Meeting Program & Planner for locations.
- Friday is School Spirit Day, so feel free to wear something with your institution’s name, colors, or logo!
