As the end of the year approaches, we want to make sure you’re aware of the most recent ACHA Annual Meeting news and announcements:

  1. All primary program presenters were emailed regarding the status of their program submissions. Remember to please share that notification with your co-presenters. If you submitted a program proposal and did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder and contact us if you do not see it.
  2. All section chairs and affiliate presidents were emailed and were given the option to schedule an in-person executive committee meetings (full section and affiliate meetings are scheduled by ACHA).
  3. All committee, coalition, and task force chairs were emailed and given the option to schedule an in-person meeting for their group.
  4. The Continuing Education Committee is hard at work making final credit decisions for all selected program sessions. Sessions are being reviewed for credit for physicians and family physicians, nurses, psychologists, certified and master certified health promotion specialists, counselors, social workers, and pharmacists.
  5. Registration for the meeting will open in mid-January, so watch your inbox for the announcement!
  6. The poster review is underway. Primary poster presenters will be notified regarding the status of their submissions in mid-late January.

And — since the program planning process takes about 18 months — discussions are already underway for the ACHA 2026 Annual Meeting theme!
