All company representatives that will be attending are required to register. There will be no access at any time to the exhibit hall without registering and obtaining a name badge. Security will check badges at the door.

 

Registration Requirement

All exhibitor representatives must be properly registered for the meeting to receive a name badge and must wear the name badge to gain entrance to the Exhibit Hall, including during booth installation/dismantling. Properly registered exhibitors are those who have either been issued a complimentary meeting registration (see more below) or who have paid the required fee for an additional exhibitor registration.

To register exhibiting company representatives, instructions will be provided by ACHA staff to register through the Exhibitor Resource Center. Do not register through the regular attendee registration page on the meeting website.

 

Eligibility

In all instances, exhibitor registrations, whether complimentary or paid, will be issued only to bona fide employees of the organization that is named on the exhibitor contract, whose primary purpose in attending the annual meeting is to represent the exhibiting organization in the Exhibit Hall. All badges will be printed with the name of the organization named on the exhibitor contract.

 

Cost

 

1 – Complimentary

Your allotted complimentary registrations will be preloaded into the registration system by ACHA. The number of complimentary registrations given is based on the following:

  • TWO complimentary registrations per 10X10 (100 sq. ft.) booth space (except for organizations who purchase booths at the ACHA Member Institution rate who receive none).
  • A one-time allotment of FIVE additional complimentary registrations to ACHA 2025 For-profit Sustaining Members;
    TWO additional complimentary registrations to ACHA 2025 Nonprofit Sustaining Members
  • Additional complimentary registrations to those companies that are also meeting sponsors, depending on sponsor level.

 

2 – Additional Exhibitors

The cost to register additional exhibit staff once the complimentary allotment is used is $425 each.

 

Changes and Cancellations

Exhibiting companies may substitute the name(s) of their registrants prior to checking-in onsite without penalty. To make substitutions pre-show, email exhibits@acha.org.

For paid additional exhibitor registrations, the deadline to request and receive a full refund is May 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2025, including for no shows. Refunds will be issued on or about June 30, 2025. Submit cancellations via email to achaexh@maritz.com.

 

Other FAQs

  • There is no “Exhibit Hall Only” or “Guest” pass available.
  • Exhibitor registrations are full meeting registrations and allow attendance at meeting sessions and events.
  • Exhibitors are not eligible to receive continuing education credit for sessions they attend. To be eligible for credit, please register as a regular meeting attendee.
